Beware of this practice!!! Zero stars. I don't want what happened to me to happen to anyone else!! I have never written a bad review in my life, and it took a lot for me to do this. I had a procedure that was to be covered 100% by my insurance (practice is in-network), but the clinic didn't get the authorization for it.
