Have been a patient of Durham internal medicine for many years, my doctor left after Novant changed CEOs. It took 3 months to get in to see the new doctor assigned to me, Dr. Parks. I was looking forward to meeting her, but because of traffic and a delay at the front desk of Novant medicine, one person handling mutiple patients, I was ten minutes late and she refused to see me.
