I have been going here for months now due to the fact that my iron levels are and have always been horrible. And if you know me you know I am deathly afraid of needles. These guys are so nice; they really care. The parking is easy and there’s not a ton of traffic like at Baptist or Forsyth. Kelly is the BEST! She made my Dad’s radiation treatment actually kind of fun because she has such a pleasant personality. She always worked with him on his radiation schedule.

VA VETERANS BEWARE: (See Updates below.)---Novant is billing Me for almost $300 because they scheduled and conducted an appointment & testing without getting the authorization renewed. According to Community Care, this makes them in Breach of Contract, which she called and explained to them. Before reaching out to Community Care about the issue, I had called Novant more that 3 times and been passed around. I went here for my iron infusion, the staff was very nice, talking me through what was going to happen. Asked if I needed anything multiple times. I would definitely recommend going here.
