I LOVE the nurses at this location. I’ve recently transferred to this location from Kernersville, and I am so impressed with the way the back office cares for their patients. Sharon, Patty, and Chris, as well as the providers provide top notch care and I am so thankful. Thank you to my nurses who go over and beyond to ensure that I am properly taken care of!
As of right now, my rating is a one star due to the disrespect that was displayed by a woman named Tonya who works the front desk of the cancer center. She is extremely rude and unwelcoming and has a superiority complex. She clearly lacks the professionalism and empathy needed to work with patients who have cancer. I believe that she needs to either step out of this profession or learn how to be kind and respectful as that is her JOB.
