If I could give 10 stars, I would. Dr. Thertulien is truly exceptional. We felt heard, seen and supported. He took the time to understand and made us feel comfortable ever during the stressful moments. In this field of work is great to have a doctor like Dr. T.
Please be aware that this office uses "split billing" by the hospital and your bill will not be covered as an office visit as a result. This is deceptive practice and am most unhappy with this outcome.
This is a review about two different Dr’s I saw. One good and the other bad. I’m giving 4 stars because of some of the staff here are unnecessarily rude. I’ll start off by saying that one of the receptionist (don’t know his name) was one of the most rudest people I’ve interacted with at any clinic. I may have picked the wrong facility to deal with my sickle cell pain. lol they treat me like I’m 12. Makes no sense. I’ve been on the same pain regimen since 2015, moved up to Charlotte nc from Florida. Been in pain since, literally no relief because they think all sickle cell patients are drug seekers to get high instead of fight the pain.
