I was at the ER this evening to be with a dear friend who had fallen. The reason I gave 4 stars was due to lack of pleasant personalities at first entrance . But I wanted to do this review because of the BRIGHT ANGEL that came through the waiting area later on. Her name was JODY! This sweet lady made us feel seen and comforted, and her words were heartfelt and genuine. Thank you Jody for helping us not feel like “just a number”, but real people . And Nurse Danelle in ER ? always an Angel every time.
