I really appreciate the knowledgeable advice and quick response! All of my concerns (were addressed quickly and thoughtfully.
We had a build up of snow on our roof that was causing a leak in our family room. We called Novalis first thing in the morning and the team was able to come out that day to clear the roof, helping to mitigate further leaking. Antonio then came by the following day to take a look for any damage / remediation and was so helpful. It was a great experience in an emergency situation! I highly recommend.
We used Novalis Roofing & Siding to diagnose and then repair several leaks we had in our house. They replaced, repaired and recoated two flat roofs and our third floor gutters. They were prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of our and our neighbors property. UPDATE: We just had them out after the snow storm this week. They removed snow from the flat and pitched roofs to help avoid leaks. They were here 2 hours after I called. That type of responsiveness is unheard of. I highly recommend them!
Novalis Roofing replaced my roof in Madison NJ in 2018. We have never had a problem with this new roof. They are extremely responsive for any after service. I asked them in 2026 for a bill for the roof replacement that they did in 2018, they responded back with the bill in one day. They are responsive on email and phone.
Very professional. Neat. Arrived and finished as per agreed timing. Highly recommend.
