NovaLash was founded in 2004 by biologist and cosmetic chemist, Sophy Merszei. With the help of a team of physicians and scientists from the University of Houston and Baylor College of Medicine, NovaLash pioneered the very first distribution and training network for eyelash extensions outside of Korea.

I had a mishap this week and Tammy from Novalash took action and helped me out. I love having someone that goes above and beyond for their clients and Tammy did just that. Not too fond of my experience here. I never am but today I've just had it. I love the products and the brands but I have the most difficult time with customer service every time I come in town. I try to avoid coming to this location I am an assistant to a traveling eyelash artist and this time we had an emergency where our adhesive fell out of my bag at the airport. Jacqué and the NovaLash team are absolutely amazing to work with in placing orders! It’s so easy to be able to contact Jacque directly and she gets back with me promptly. She is so friendly and makes ordering lashes and all of my lashing products a pleasure! They take care to make sure everything is done right.
