Disappointed; Novak maintenanced a tractor for a farm that I work for. Our farm paid $4000.00 for the full maintenance of this essential piece of farm equipment and there were problems when we received it back: 1) When they dropped off the tractor the delivery driver did not bring any Diesel Fuel which meant that to get the tractor off of the trailer the parking brake had to be released allowing weight and gravity to take over. Very pleased with my transaction in purchasing a new Ferris Zero turn mower. Sales person (Jim) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The “out the door” selling price was what they advertised online plus tax. No upselling. No BS. No hidden or additional fees. They even included free delivery. 10/10 will recommend and use again for future equipment purchases.

The personal at Novak's is first rate. They are a family business and took real great care of my Tractor. Tony was especially helpful when dropping off my zero turn. I will continue to use them to take care of my zero turn.
