Bought a house with a gas fireplace that didn’t function when we moved in. My only regret was not calling Rick during the summer and waiting until it got cold. He is a busy man for a good reason. Rick came out when he said he would, didn’t oversell me on parts I didn’t need, and took the time to explain all the functions with my fireplace. Even answered and addressed other heating questions while here. Excellent service; happy to have found someone who knows his stuff and does business the right way.
