I would never choose this place. My friend just had her car in for repairs, and it was one of the worst jobs I have seen. Some shops think they can over charge and under deliver. But little did they know this girl sells cars for a living. I have a rear bumper that needs fixed but thanks to her warning I will NOT be going to Novak's
Great body shop. Family owned. I have used them a few times throughout the years. They have always done great work. I have recommended friends to them and they also thought they did great work. Today I brought in a jeep to get a scratch out from the removable top scratching the side and they buffed out the scratch for no charge. Great owners. I would highly recommend this auto body shop.
I've used Novak's 2 times now, each time not my fault.. just had to get that in, lol. Both times, I've had excellent customer service. I highly recommend.
You can go anywhere to get your car fixed, but if you want it fixed right and want it to look like brand new, Novak's Collision Center is the place to take it. These guys (and gal) provide excellent service and return you vehicle to you clean as a whistle.
