I had such a fantastic experience here! My NP Alexa is absolutely fantastic. Super thorough, extremely professional and so kind. She’s taken care of issues my previous provider completely missed and has helped me feel so much better. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Honestly this is the worst "Doctor's" office i have ever been to. The only reason i chose this office was bc they had a lab on site to take blood. Other than that i do not recommend this place, you can never get anyone on the phone, they pass you around from Dr to Dr. some of which are questionable, their billing is inaccurate and you will not get the level of care needed.
As the husband, I have been dealing with this billing issue for 10 months, trying to get it resolved for my wife after her annual well-woman visit. Per our UnitedHealthcare benefits, the annual well-woman checkup should be covered at 100% when billed as preventive care. However, additional blood work was billed as non-preventive, resulting in charges we were not expecting. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication.
