I had an extremely negative experience with this business after a minor accident. From day one, I was pressured to pay $600 out of pocket for an engine inspection because my vehicle wasn’t drivable. I wasn’t willing to do that for such a minor collision. I wanted them to complete the approved SGI repairs first, and then we could see whether anything else actually needed to be addressed.
