Hey guys, If your looking for the best Doctor in Tennessee look no farther, He is Awesome I've had 38 surgeries and he is the Best Doctor of all of them. Super nice and Super knowledgeable., He removed a knot on my thumb joint I have had Very minimal pain. He will make sure you understand 100% what's going on , if you don't need surgery and can go another route He will go that route. Timely, efficient and kind
Dr Novak is one of the best physicians Ive ever worked with. Its clear upon 1st meeting him that he genuinely cares and he's down to earth, which is very refreshing. My case was/is (still have to address the other hand) very straightforward, carpal tunnel. One of my top surgical experiences to date, Ive had about 15. Dr Novak's entire staff has been so helpful, from scheduling, the front desk, his nurse's ... The surgical staff.. Im sad I only get to work with him twice.
My husband has been seen here for a couple of things and the Dr is great but the nursing staff leaves a lot to be desired. My husband just broke his scapula and the nurse never put in the Rx for pain medications. We called twice yesterday and left a message both times and called and left another message today. A nurse called back after several hours and said she was working on putting in the Rx, they have since closed and it’s Friday with no Rx put in so he has had to spend yesterday, today and now they entire weekend in unn... read more
