My home inspection with Walker Novak was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly prompt. I attended the inspection and learned a lot during the process. Not only did I come away with a report that I turned into a list of repairs for the seller to address, I also felt much more comfortable with my home purchase after watching Walker Novak inspect the house and its components. I asked questions and Walker provided valuable guidance. I'd use Novak again without a second thought.

Mr. Novak not only pointed out what needed to be done, he explained it as well. I felt educated about the construction and engineering of the house, and realized how little I knew about structure and reliability. The price was reasonable too.

This company inspected the house I had for sale in Rancho Mirage. While the house was built in the 50ties and newly remodeled, these inspectors acted as if it was brand new and held it up to the latest code. Useless to say the house came way short of the sellers expectations and they were gone. I found these inspectors to be way un-reasonable. A lot of the 49 negative comments were not called for.
