We had a horrible experience here, to the point our dog suffered for months from something that should have been easily diagnosed. It got to the point that he lost almost all of his fur and could barely walk. We went elsewhere and they figured out our dog’s issue in a day and told us the medicine Novak & Rinker gave him was junk. He made a full recovery, no thanks no Novak & Rinker. When we called them they were rude and unapologetic. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!

I was really happy at first with this clinic. I had two emergencies and called them first and was turned away both times. I called to continue my supportive care and was told we arent going to do that and to come in by the tech not even the doctor. I had high hopes, but each time gets worse and worse. What a shame :(
Great experience, every time! Dr. Rinker is Lincoln’s favorite! She spent a lot of time with us and answered our numerous questions! 🐶
Dr. Rinker took excellent care of my corgi puppy and was very thorough. She explained everything and took the time to show me how to use the puppy nail clippers correctly. The vet tech Josh was also very helpful and the front desk polite and patient.
Amazingly patient and successful with my not so patient or terribly friendly big dog! I tried three other area vets before finding success at Novak-Rinker Clinic.
Kim has taken care of both of my two cats, going back to 1982. Her and her staff are always honest about what your pet really needs.
Extraordinary vets who give excellent care to their patients :)
