I you want cheap work done at a professional price used parts put on in the place of new and have your catalytic converters missing, this is the place to go. Aside from the worst customer service experience as of yet, novak not only failed to resolve their installation of a marked-as-salvage starter, but also alluded that the issue was not their fault after saying the starter came from autozone with a lifetime warranty, Hank and George aren’t seemingly concerned in fair business practices and i wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
