Horrible and unprofessional. I had a simple question. Could not get a response.
I requested a simple payoff letter with should only take 2 days. After a month I still do not have my payoff letter their mailbox is full, their email has auto response. when I do get ahold of someone on the phone they tell me to send and email. terrible company that needs to be investigated
In the past week I have received two separate letters from NOVAD both stating my current home loan is being transferred to their company. The logo on the letter is so blurry and barely legible. I also do not have a mortgage payment until November however the letter states my next payment is due October the 8th. The second letter also stated that my current servicer is one branch of NOVAD being transferred to another branch of the same company.
