Don't use this florist My family and I,. who live in Cleveland, ordered a $65 funeral spray when a relative died and it was the worst looking arrangement at the funeral home. It looked like it was thrown together and the colors and flowers weren't at all complimentary. When I called Novack Schafer to complain, I was told someone would get back to me. Poor arrangement. Poor Customer Service. Beware! Searched through their website and found item - Rose Medley T11Z103A. I thought it was absolutely gorgeous. I called them an ordered the deluxe for the VP of Human Resources where I work. I received a text from the HR lady of a photo of the arrangement she received and it looked nothing like the photo on their website. I called the florist immediately and she stood by their work and agreed the arrangement is different even used different greens, but they love how it turned out... read more
