I had call there to schedule an appointment for my dad to get Toenails clipped a pedicure and special fitting for shoes. I get there I felt the staff had a little attitude Felt like I was being rushed out. Because it was late in the day. The doctor did a sloppy job of cutting my dad's toenails. There was also build up on my dad's toenails and I was hoping he can smooth out. But he didn't do that. Also, he didn't give me any recommendations for my dad dry skin feet. Scheduled for appointment today as new patient for 9:30; arrived at 9:15. Was not aware of my $40.00 copay. Asked to be billed and was told by the receptionist that she would have to check with the doctor. Upon her return I was informed that the doctor said it must be paid today. This was after he sat and listened to the conversation I had with her. Horrible patien care. Especially a new patient. I was offered to reschedule but declined.
