If I could give them zero stars I would. I was referred there for physical therapy back in December. I called numerous times and nobody ever bothered to return my calls to schedule. Finally found out that scheduling is separate, so I made an appointment. Started getting messages to fill out forms but the links they sent all went to "site can't be reached" and a blank page. Punctual, professional, personable I can highly recommend.
This has been 3rd time I’ve used this novacare Powell for strengthen of knee and now recovering after meniscus tear surgery. The staff is very professional and takes very good care of you ensuring you don’t overdo it. I could have went to where my physician office is, but novacare has taken such good care of me, I requested to go back. Engelbert, Ryan are who I’ve worked with and they’re Amazing! Krista at front desk is always very friendly and welcoming everyday. I would recommend to all my employees and family.
