So far, I have seen two physical therapists at the Powell office. Karen was very observant and was able to identify my problems immediately. Engelbert was also able to identify another concern. Both of them gave me exercises to do in the office and at home to help correct my issues. They were very friendly and nice to work with.
Front desk people are rude and have zero knowledge on insurance.
They were doing stuff that was not requested. It was absolutely a waste of money and time. It was so bad. They were doing stuff that was irrelevant things to my symptoms. I also got huge bills. It is extremely frustrating. I'm calling you and left a voice message, but I have never got a call back for a week. Please call me back.
They gave me an inaccurate billing estimate. I was told explicitly it would be $168 for one visit, but later I received an additional bill. I would appreciate if accurate billing information was provided next time.
