My PT Richard is always courteous and has a good since of humor. He's very professional and listens well to the patient. He will make sure that you have the privacy you need while getting therapy. The environment is very welcoming and clean. My PT Richard is very kind!!!
I love this place they make me feel like I can do anything! They are encouraging and patient. The real deal! Jesse is so thorough and efficient. Rick is my super hero with magic hands! The only complaint I have is one visit there was an executive there checking everything out. He didn't even speak after I said good morning. I was reminded that this is a business money maker and I am a number and a check. I was disappointed! Rick and Jesse apologized for him and graciously tried to excuse his behavior. To no avail though!
Richard listened to my concerns and had a plan to help me get better . He makes it fun. I would recommend him.
Physical therapy at NovaCare Ferndale was a great experience during a trying time. Within a few short weeks I was back to walking normal. The staff is caring and kind and gave me the confidence required to return to full use of my injured foot.
