Everyone at the Bon Aire, Butler office is amazing- caring and helpful
They outsource the billing, so if you have billing questions, you have to call the 800 number. When you call the 800 number, they blame things on Payground, the place that sends out bills. When you call Payground, you are forced to leave a message making it difficult to ever get a person on the phone. I received a bill for an appointment that happened a year ago. Someone made a mistake and added an insurance to my account that I never had. This caused a delay in the billing, which resulted in a surprise bill for me a year af... read more
I'm giving 2 stars because the PTs were nice. NovaCare in general... Frustrating. They outsource they're billing, so if you have billing questions, you have to call the 800 number.
