They outsource the billing, so if you have billing questions, you have to call the 800 number. When you call the 800 number, they blame things on Payground, the place that sends out bills. When you call Payground, you are forced to leave a message making it difficult to ever get a person on the phone. I received a bill for an appointment that happened a year ago.
