I can't imagine getting through this whole process without some high quality guidance, and Cassie Baus OT, has really made this as close to a positive experience as you can expect under the circumstances. A perfect mix of professionalism and kindness.
The staff at NovaCare are wonderful! I have visited the facility in Blaine on several different occasions and everyone has been very polite and professional and i would highly recommend this center to anyone.
Ben Tran has been terrific. Answered all my questions and gives me support and exercises to do at home too. Everyone there is very kind and friendly.
