Unprofessional and wasteful of patients' time. I was asked to come in by their team, but upon arrival, the staff displayed total negligence. They didn't even bother to check or review my medical file to decide if I could be seen. Extremely poor administrative organization and complete lack of respect for patients' time. Highly disappointed.
Everytime i called frontdesk to schedule an appointment nobody responded. It took me atleast 10 calls to schedule an appointment. Looks like the front desk people are busy. One day, I had an appointment and wanted to cancel. AS usual nobody responded. I somehow drove all the way from office and showed up. and guess what, it was closed. No prior notice too!!! so annoying.... Even if the doctors are good, I believe these needs to be handled.

I did the home exercises the first day. Some of them hurt a little. Less than an hour after I left the feedback, my therapist responded to me. Let pain guide you. It was good advice. I did them the second day and it went much better. No real pain at all. I think everything is going well. Hope it continues to help my back pain.
He is very patient in listening to the issue and works on little details
