I had a very good experience with Nova Care in Beavercreek OH. You walk in and the first person I met was Danielle who is very informative and can help you complete the required paperwork. Next I met my assigned physical therapist Matt who is a true professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. Ashley was key in my choice to go to pt post reverse total shoulder replacement surgery. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Danielle at the desk does so much work with insurance companies extremely knowledgeable. My therapist Louis is very compassionate, caring and highly intelligent. Thinks outside the box. Can explain in language anyone can understand with any questions they might have. Has brought me a long way since my surgery!

Caring and understanding of daily pain levels! Flexible and compassionate when I had to reschedule or cancel due to illness or bad weather. Friendly and inviting atmosphere. Erin's knowledge of my challenges and exactly what needed to be done-made me actually LOVE physical therapy! She even came to my doctors office while I was having an ultra-sound so she could understand exactly what I needed, first hand. She has become not only my physical therapist but someone I care about very much as a person.
