i was doing PT for a knee replacement, the staff were very professional and kind, after 10 appointments my mobility was back to normal and i was walking and climbing steps once again. so grateful to the wonderful staff for their commitment to achieving our goals together.

I acknowledge that my tardiness for the crucial meeting or interview was my fault and take full responsibility. Nevertheless, it is essential to show empathy for unforeseen circumstances and carefully reconsider before hastily dismissing a candidate who arrives late. While I lack information about Ms. Sharon Kelly, it is imperative to empathize and carefully weigh the circumstances before arriving at a decision.

All I can you this is a very fraudulent business. I was told it was going to be 140 dollars for a session, they then insisted on putting it through my insurance which I knew would not cover. 6 months later I receive a bill for $408 with an adjustment of $166.33 leaving me with $241.67 to pay!!! WTF I would have gladly paid the 140 from the start! Would not recommend this company at all!!!

I have been to several PT places over the years. I have had great result with Nova care. The staff is professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I have been receiving therapy for about three months now. I had both knees replaced over a year ago and had a lot of therapy through UH. Oh my goodness---the difference in care as well as price was night and day. Nove Care wins the Gold Star for their caring, thorough, personable touch. The hands on therapy after the exercise portion is phenomenal and leaves you feeling that the workout was worth all the pain. They undo the damage so to speak!
