I had an outstanding experience at the NovaCare Rehabilitation Center in Silver Spring. MD. The staff and physical theraphists were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and truly committed to my recovery. As a 75 year-old triathlete, my physical activities require repetitive motions, as such; two years ago my right rotator cuff was injured, and this past year, it was my left rotator cuff. This is a great clinic in a very convenient location as it is metro accessible and has plenty of parking. The clinic is clean, well maintained, and spacious. I have been treated here for knee pain and back pain. Both times the PTs and PTAs were incredibly friendly, listened to my concerns, and gave easy to follow exercises that I was able to do at home and at work. I am now pain free (praise God!), and back to doing what I enjoy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for physical therapy.
Great location, easy to find, acceptably by walking, driving or METRO transit. State-of-the-art facility. Knowledgeable therapist & associates. Expect grate things to getting healthier as time permits. Love the professional approach from checking to scheduling future appointment

The therapists seem caring but when it comes to dealing with the back office and billing issues it's another story. It should not take months and multiple phone calls to reconcile insurance claims with patient overcharges.
