My knee and hamstrings really bothered me for quite a while after a fall. I decided to go to Nova Care in Plymouth and the PT, Lydia Young, was amazing! She was able to devise an exercise and stretching routine that made significant improvements very quickly. So happy that I made the appointments. She really knows her stuff.
Eileen, Lydia & Jane are the nicest medical people I have ever met & I’ve met a lot more then I ever wanted too. If you have to go to a physical therapist pick NovaCare Plymouth you will not be disappointed.
