Untrained to treat my condition in the West Chester, OH clinic. Therapist, during initial consultation, said he was trained. After a month of therapy, and a severe and painful relapse, he admitted that he was unqualified to treat me. This wasted my time and Medicare dollars applied to my annual physical therapy maximum. Corporate office in Exton, PA have provided no assistance in resolving my problem, and in fact told me to have no further contact, and assigned me to their legal department.
