Mike is absolutely amazing to work with. He listens and then helps solve every issue. Mike came to visit me when I was in the rehab hospital after my bka, and answered all my questions and relieved some fears that I had about moving forward. Since then, the service has been excellent and I can call Mike with a question or concern at almost any time. They truly understand servicing their clients needs and being there when you have questions. Five stars plus!

First things first- The office is clean and welcoming. Rachel greeted me when I walked in and is very pleasant to speak to. Next- Mike is very professional and caring. He listen to what I was told by another doctor, measured me to make sure I received the correct size brace (if I followed the Dr. I would have had the incorrect size). I was called as soon as the brace arrived and was showed how to adjust it correctly. My second encounter was the same as the first. I am fortunate to have been with Mike Ravegum and Rachel since I came home from the hospital after my amputation. I did have an experience with another company in the hospital.They didn't have my best interest in mind. I received my first prosthetic 5 weeks after my amputation and haven't stopped yet. The encouragement and support from the team at the Westminster office has been instrumental in my progress.

I f you are looking for someone who listens and cares look elsewhere. I was given a foot that didn’t work for me but I guess Mike’s warehouse needed to be cleared so I got a leftover. Then he wanted me to tell the dr what was needed to fix his mistake, I know nothing about the parts needed to put a leg together, he is the prosthetist not me. I called because I was having back pain from the unfinished leg and he never returned my calls so right now I am back in a wheelchair. My husband was referred to Mike Ravegum after my husband's prosthetist had left the company he was at Mike has been a blessing to him and our family. He is very professional and caring. We are very thankful to have him.
