I went to this company NOVA in November 2023 for an off the shelf knee brace. Measure me, order it, deliver it. It's almost February 2024 I still have no knee brace. Last I was told in mid-December 2023 that the brace company sent them the wrong size. I had to make contact with NOVA to find this out, no one ever tried to notify me regarding the brace or its status.
