They had my orders for diabetic shoes and custom insoles for almost a month. I never heard from them to make an appointment, when I called them about an appointment I was told due to "managerial decision" they were no longer going to be doing diabetic shoes. They should have told me that when I took them the orders and not wasted my time waiting for them to call me.
