The person that I saw was professional and friendly, and I thought listened to what I was telling her I needed. Apparently, I was wrong because everything I requested was not what I got. She made my shoe orthotics what she thought I needed, ignoring everything I said. I returned for adjustments but she was unable to make them wearable for me. My doctor made further adjustments which voided the warranty. What good is a warranty if you can't wear them. They were so far off of what I needed that they were not able to be adjuste... read more
Katy was amazing! I felt welcomed from the first time she came to my home. Once I went to the office to get my leg fitting and the environment was personable. I am a client for life and am forever grateful for the wonderful experience I had from start to end. Thank you again Katy at Novacare
I am so happy that I found NovaCare! As an amputee, having a great prosthetist is key to being able to walk and do the things I want to do. I can tell that the staff really care, and I am thrilled with how my new prosthetic leg turned out. Katy and Luke even went above and beyond to put a special personalized touch on the inside of my leg. Highly recommend!!
I would give a zero if I could. Twice now Ive had an appt and both times absolutley no one was there.
