The physical therapists and staff at Medford Nova Care are professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. The front desk, ladies are very welcoming and are able to help me with appointment scheduling and to navigate insurance protocols. I have personally witnessed the therapists' dedication by means of the home health care I was offered when I was physically unable to go to the clinic. I am not a patient of NovaCare but my husband is...or was, until this happened. To start, my husband was injured at work and referred to NovaCare for a spinal and shoulder injury. He had always kept his appointments with the exception of one or two because he was in so much pain and couldn't fathom the thought of being "worked on". He was due to have surgery on May 15th. I came in with head to finger tip confused and painful nerves but with Mark's years of experience and knowledge I'm now able to hold my nephew and do many everyday activities I had had to give up. Was referred by friends to NovaCare Medford. The therapists are knowledgeable, compassionate and gentle. After treatment, my injured shoulder feels wonderful. Enjoyed the total experience.
Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and they work hard to help their patients. Scott at the Medford, NJ office is fantastic & he's constantly thinking of new, even out of the box, options to improve his patients' pain and mobility.
