The property is very well managed. Asif, the manager, is aware of all buildings issue and always keeps residents informed in a timely manner. The community is great, and the people here are very friendly. I would 100 % recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free living experience.

I've been a resident of this building for a considerable time and have always experienced a great deal of comfort here. Asif and Shawn consistently impress me with their politeness and willingness to address any concerns I may have. I especially appreciate Appreciation Day, held every summer. It truly feels like a family gathering, allowing all residents to connect and get to know each other, which otherwise might not happen throughout the year. Lived here few years ago and left after GSK took over, rooms were paper thin, I can hear people walk by on hallway from my bedroom. Another issue was they had cellular antennas on the roof which probably caused radiation for the residents on 4th floor, good thing I was renting on first. It probably got me as well though. I think they also raised the rent a few times year after year. Maybe things changed now but double check before renting.
