They have no online scheduling. When you request a date, they will email you with options, replying to that email doesn’t reach them, why would they email you for a confirmation when you can’t even reply? I wasted a half day of work, costing me time and money, on an appointment they didn’t schedule due to their archaic system. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Nova Vet. From the moment I walked in, it just felt… different (in the best way). The clinic is beautiful and calm, which already helped ease my nerves—and my dog’s too—but what really stood out was the people. By far the best vet clinic I’ve been to! I have a dog and a cat who have gone to Nova for about 2 years. The entire team is excellent, they truly care and can usually see us within 24 hours if something is urgent. The clinic is also always clean and the atmosphere is calm. With all things considered, I feel they are reasonably priced for the experience myself and my pets get. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!
