Been going here since I moved down here from Fargo ND. Been living down here for 6 years and moved to 4 different suburbs. Continue to keep going here for how friendly the staff is with my husky and friendly prices!
The medical staff are very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. The building is in a quiet area with minimal traffic in the parking lot and a quiet and comfortable lobby. My cat has an extreme fear of dogs and cars and it was nice and quiet for him which really helped.
Extremely disappointed to learn that Nova is willing to let my animal suffer by denying renewal for medication already approved until a yearly appointment is made. Shameful.
Their new facility is beautiful and has tons of parking. Staff have always been very warm and welcoming and their techs are excellent with high anxiety or reactive dogs. I've brought pups here many times and the care received has always been loving, thorough, accurate and economical. Their employees have gone above and beyond with my pups to ensure they have a clear understanding of symptoms and provide the most thorough care and explanations. Highly recommend
