When it was time to say goodbye to my cat of 20 years, the team were so kind and gentle and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my little girl or me during a difficult time.

By far the best vet clinic I’ve been to! I have a dog and a cat who have gone to Nova for about 2 years. The entire team is excellent, they truly care and can usually see us within 24 hours if something is urgent. The clinic is also always clean and the atmosphere is calm. With all things considered, I feel they are reasonably priced for the experience myself and my pets get. I can recommend this clinic enough!
They were kind and gentle while we went through the process of putting my 16 year old cat down. They gave me ample time to say my good byes and I was able to be with her the whole time. The facility was lovely and comfortable.
