I was embarrased and saddened to have invited my family down to spend our time at Disney there: We never had a working pool or hot tub for the entire stay - it was never repaired or used. Surely someone knew that it was not in working order before we arrived! What a disgrace! Took my children and grandchildren with me on what we thought was going to be a fantastic stay and we got the opposite. This house was a disgrace in Champions Gate. The pictures on the website show what the house looked like 20 years ago, nothing that it looks like today! We arrived there were bags of garbage and garbage strewn all over the front entrance to the house. There is mold on the pool deck and mold on the cushions outside. If I could leave no stars I would. I am absolutely livid with this company. We have had no pool heat for 5 days out of 7 despite paying for it and they could not care less. We have extremely upset children who are unable to use the pool they can see as it is too cold for them. Worse the fire alarm keeps going off including through the night and again Nova could not care less.
