Vanessa does not value time. I have booked appointment with her twice and she failed to show up.
Vanessa has been doing my daughter's hair for over a year, and every single time does an amazing job. She puts so much care and attention, and takes the extra time when needed to make sure the hair is healthy and done right. So grateful for her the work that she does, we're lucky to have found her!
