New storage area that entices you with low rates then once you in raise them to really high rates. In my case my rent went from a doable $121 a month to a NOT doable $192.00 a month. That's a 60% increase. So their scam is to entice you with low rate once you have moved in jack that rate to the sky. Do yourself a favor this place is not worth your time and effort they are the worst type of predatory business model which is a classic "Bait And Switch" They should be run out of California for this.
