Made a reservation for a unit online, when I stopped by in person, Francisco assisted me with the process. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place for your storage needs.

Great staff. Francisco was very helpful and straightforward, showed us units and offered first months promotions. Clean, secure and safe environment. Great prices, came here because of raised prices at old storage.
A Nice staff member by the name of Francisco did an excellent job helping me register for a unit. NovaStorage offers affordable rates in comparison to other Storage options. Facilities were clean and property secure. Would recommend 100%
Have been with Nova Storage for over 5 years, never had an issue with payments until recently when my card was misplaced so I cancelled it. I received a call on 4/12 to go in and make this months payment in person and in cash as the payment was returned by the bank. I went in today Sunday 4/13 to make the payment in person and asked if I could go back to my account being charged as usual and I was told no, that my account has been flagged to make payments in cash moving forward...wow, after 5 years of being a faithful custom... read more
