Mine was a 3-yr long project. Nova Stone at Belmont, fulfilled all of my stone requirements. Each and every customer representative has been very helpful and knowledgeable. I especially engaged with Ximena and Alexi. She was always prompt with texting, sending attachments of sample stones, explaining about the difference between the varieties available and educating on what stone to be used for which area of the house; fireplace, patio, pathway or ramps. I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service at this business. From the moment I reached out for help, I felt ignored and dismissed. My questions were met with vague or unhelpful responses, and it often took days to get any kind of reply. When I did get someone on the phone, they were impatient and seemed more interested in ending the conversation than resolving my issue. It’s clear that customer care is not a priority here, and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to others.
A bad experience at the Manassas store. The person who helped me was not at all friendly. That person' very arrogant.
