All of the staff at Nova Springs is caring and understanding with the needs of the residents. My mother receives the best of care here and is relaxed and content. My family and I could not have found a better assisted living facility for her.
Nova Springs Assisted Living is a beautiful home! It is in a charming setting with compassionate caregivers! The manager is even a physician, so that is quite a comfort. I love the fact that it is also close to the library, the pharmacy, and other shopping in a residential area!
Nova Springs is a very clean and well run assisted living facility. The facility looks and feels like home. The staff is very caring, friendly, understanding and helpful with the residents needs. The food is fresh and meals are prepared daily.
I think Nova Springs is a great place to work. It has several opportunities. It is also a great place if you are looking for a place for Mom and Dad there is rooms for both or just one whichever the need is. It has a good manager, good caring employees and great location. Great place .provides good care. Great atmosphere. Country setting. Sheena is the manager and she cares a great deal for the residents care and there needs. I have worked here 3 months as a caregiver. I love working here and the residents. Come check them out.

The first thing that strikes you about Nova Springs is how spacious and beautiful it is. The manager is a doctor who lives on site and oversees the wellbeing of clients that reside in the facility. Nova Springs has well trained exceptional staff. The facility has excellent safety features which include cameras keypad entry and exit bifold doors for kitchen safety. The manager Dr Sheena holds herself to very high standards.
As a home health nurse, I am impressed with the staff's kindness, gentleness and genuine care for each resident. The residence is beautiful, calm and relaxing. Sheena knows every resident's plan of care and stays up to date with new orders and change of plans. Very nice home.
We would give it zero if we could. The lady sheena that was running the place could not fund the paperwork needed. She had told us she was a doctor, which we found out later was not true. She was berating her employee in front of us. He attitude was manic to say the least...not fit for man or beast.
