Id like to give this lady zero stars. My poor mother had COPD and low oxygen combined with high CO2 which affected her cognitive ability to think and act clearly. But this horrible woman made fun of my mom by being sarcastic with her and mocking her. She should never be allowed to see any patient ever! My mom was also in a wheel chair and she purposely made us wait in the waiting room for 2 hours while we witnessed many patients coming in after us and getting scene before us. Great first visit. Looking forward to lots of pain relief!
It was my first visit and I loved this facility. They are all so nice. The visit was organized so well. I loved Dr. Ram and Jessie. Both so knowledgeable in answering my list of questions. And Abigail who manages the front desk was so kind and helpful. It was an extremely pleased.
As usual.....everything occurred just like it was forecasted. Plus, the NOVA staff in Canton have been consistently cordial and professional. Ground level location...Easy in / Easy out location. Whether using the easy-to-use patient portal or communication via phone...prompt, courteous, and accurate exchanges.
Excellent, excellent visit! The appointment was needed due to an unexpected change in condition. As usual, everyone from check-in to finish were professional , knowledgeable and concerned! There were no delays being seen, my questions were answered and recommendations given. I was exceptionally pleased, as usual!
