While the staff are very friendly and the office is clean and modern, my experience was miserable and caused long-term pain and damage. I went in for a routine cleaning, and now over 4 months later, my mouth is still in pain. I was pressured into a “deep cleaning” because my insurance covered it—despite my protests that I just wanted a routine cleaning, since I was already dealing with complications from an eye surgery and didn’t want to risk any further medical trauma. As a long-term patient at Nova Smile Dental, I can confidently say that the service here is consistently excellent. The team is professional, caring, and makes every visit a positive experience. The office is clean and modern, not like other dental offices I have visited in this area. The doctor is well-educated and is not trying to push procedures that are not needed.
