I’ve been to Carolina twice (1st microblading session + a touch up session). She is extremely knowledgeable and explains every part of the process. Place is very clean and pretty - I felt very comfortable there. Would highly recommend Carolina and can’t wait to be back for the other services she offers.
My experience at Nova Skin was worth every penny. Carolina explained everything with great detail which made me feel more comfortable. I will definitely be returning and I recommend Carolina's services to everyone.
Tried many times to make an appointment. They don't pick up. Then received text . Texted back and forth then she tells me she's busy taking care of her kids. So unprofessional. Not sure why they don't pick up the phone during business hours but replies to text that their busy. Was so happy to get my Groupon back to use on something else.
