Extremely unprofessional customer service by Rayven. Asked to reschedule last minutes and was still 30 minutes late. My braids from a sew in are too tight and caused damage to scalp. When I rescheduled for her to fix them I waited 45 minutes outside in the heat to no response. Would not recommend
