I had a great experience coming here a couple of weeks ago and getting a cut/color update -- I've gotten a lot of compliments since, and Amanda did an amazing job and cut just enough for me to easily wear it with minimal fuss. I have super long hair so it was a big job and I appreciate her patience and expertise. If I could do it over again I would definitely tip a bit more for the sheer task that my hair was!
Beautiful salon, great staff and amazing customer service
Would not recommend this place! They did a horrible job on my daughter’s hair 1 day before prom! They sent her to sally’s to buy product to fix her hair and when asked for a partial refund the stylist “Janet” offered to refund her the tip! What a Joke!
I went here for years to get my hair cut and styled monthly. They have never let me down. They responded quickly during the pandemic and put safety measures in place to make sure everyone who felt safe to leave their homes to get their hair done, could and would still feel safe in this place of business. If you're looking for a salon I highly recommend Nova!
