I wish I could give then more than five stars! Everyone from the front office to the back office have been very kind and helpful. Staff is always smiling and positive. My social anxiety is terrible but they've been wonderful about it! I was a transfer from another place, and the year was coming to an end, which meant a new authorization from my insurance was due. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Medina and his staff. He has been so very helpful as we deal with my husband’s Dementia and is always available to meet with us when situations arise. Myrna is truly an angel and has gone above and beyond to help us through our journey. She is so caring and takes the time to listen and do whatever she can to help. I’m so blessed to have her.

Dr. Alcober at Nova Psychiatry is outstanding — warm, professional, and genuinely caring. She truly listens and helps you make real progress in a thoughtful way. The staff — Lulu, Jodi, Suzette, and Myrna — are all amazing: kind, organized, and always helpful. The entire office feels welcoming and supportive.
