Dr. Medina and his staff are wonderful. We had a few issues with billing for the insurance, but Myrna handled it and took care of everything for us. I would recommend Dr. Medina‘s office to anyone.

The team at Nova Psychiatry is amazing! We brought our family member as a new patient and the care has been outstanding. Dr Medina took the time to listen and understand his history and quickly proceeded to establish a top-notch care plan. I wish I could give then more than five stars! Everyone from the front office to the back office have been very kind and helpful. Staff is always smiling and positive. My social anxiety is terrible but they've been wonderful about it! I was a transfer from another place, and the year was coming to an end, which meant a new authorization from my insurance was due. Myrna was amazing, efficient and very nice to me. She's definitely proactive and very resourceful, and doesn't hesitate to go above and beyond. She made my transfer... read more
