I have previously rented from Nova and they are refusing to pay me even with a court order! they claim not to have the information but I have a lot of information showing they owe me money back. I hope this company goes belly up and soon!
terrible. they are nice and helpful in the beginning to get you in but once they have their nails in you they do not care about you. Its been over a month and my ac is still not repaired and its July and i have a toddler in the home. the stairs outside leading to second floor are crumbling away. maintenance is underfunded and understaffed.
